Terms and Conditions of Sale

This document sets out the conditions governing purchases made in the online store www.eroskun.com (hereinafter, “the store”). By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these conditions.

2. Products
The images and descriptions of the products available in the store are for informational purposes only. While we strive to display colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to screen display or artisanal production.

3. Prices
All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before completing the purchase.

The store reserves the right to modify prices, offers, and products without prior notice, while always honoring already confirmed orders.

4. Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer: The customer will receive bank details by email to make the payment. The order will be processed once the transfer is received. The payment period is 3 business days. If payment is not confirmed within this period, the order will be canceled.
PayPal: Allows secure payment using the customer’s PayPal account or by credit/debit card through the PayPal platform.

5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 17 business days from payment confirmation.

The store is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as transport incidents, strikes, or force majeure.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided the product is in perfect condition and unused.

Returns are not accepted for personalized products, opened items, or products damaged due to improper use.

To request a return, the customer must first contact us at info@eroskun.com. Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current regulations.

8. Data Protection
The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in the privacy policy section.

9. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, both parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
